What is a carpaccio?
Carpaccio is a traditional Italian dish that involves thinly slicing ingredients — typically raw or cooked meat or fish — and serving them as a light and refreshing preparation, often accompanied by fresh dressings. In this case, we’ve reinterpreted it using octopus cooked at low temperature, achieving a tender and flavourful texture, perfect for a tapa designed to be savoured with all the senses.
The freshness of the sea with a Latin touch
Our carpaccio features thin slices of octopus paired with our own twist on the classic Mexican pico de gallo: a fresh mix of tomato, onion, coriander and lime. At My Way, we prepare it without chilli to maintain a mild, fresh taste suitable for all palates.
Sharing tapas, sharing joy
Did you know that tapas are still one of the most popular ways to socialise and explore new flavours in Spain? At My Way, we strive to make every tapa a memorable culinary experience.
Our Octopus Carpaccio with Pico de Gallo is perfect for those seeking something different — healthy, light and packed with flavour. It’s a tapa that pleases the eyes and wins over from the very first bite.
