Celiac disease is an autoimmune condition that affects approximately 1% of the global population. People with this condition cannot consume gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Their immune system perceives it as harmful and attacks it. The treatment involves following a lifelong gluten-free diet, which can be challenging, especially when dining out. For this reason, and in recognition of Celiac Awareness Day, we’ve prepared a selection of some gluten-free dishes from our menu. Ask our dining staff for more information.
