White Wines

White wine is made in a similar way to red wine but without macerating with the grape skins. Its color is typically a greenish yellow, transparent, and it has a fresh and aromatic taste. White wine is usually served chilled and pairs well with fish, seafood, salads, and light dishes.

  • Pays d'Oc IGP - France: This French appellation produces wines in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, in southern France. Pays d'Oc IGP white wines are renowned for their high quality. Rosé Wines

Finally, rosé wines get their characteristic color from brief contact between the grape skins and the must during production. They are light and fruity wines with flavors ranging from dry to sweet. Rosé wines pair excellently with light meals such as salads, fish, and poultry.
