Veal: A Healthy and Nutritious Choice
Veal is perfect for a healthy diet, as it provides proteins, iron, and B vitamins. Its fat content is less than 10%, making it leaner than lamb or certain cuts of pork. If you’re a fan of beef, these 4 dishes from the My Way menu are sure to surprise you. Check them out on our menu.
Veal Selection at My Way
Veal Carpaccio with Arugula and Parmesan
Although carpaccio is traditionally made with beef, at My Way we serve a version made with veal that will fascinate you. This Italian recipe uses the tenderloin, a tender and flavorful part of the loin. Our carpaccio is accompanied by a delicious dressing of arugula and parmesan.
Gold Tenderloin with Truffle Potato Gratin
The star recipe of our restaurant. We serve a grilled tenderloin cooked to remain juicy inside, on a bed of oven-baked potato gratin with cream, cheese, and truffle sauce. The dish is completed with wild mushrooms, foie gras, and a reduction of Pedro Ximénez.
Pyrenean Veal Entrecôte
Another specialty of ours is a 400-gram piece of Pyrenean veal cooked over charcoal to retain its juiciness. This meat is certified with a Protected Geographical Indication and comes from Bruna breed calves of the Catalan Pyrenees, raised at nearly 2,500 meters above sea level and fed on maternal milk and pasture.
Tagliatelle with Angus Veal Tenderloin
If you love pasta, our recipe for tagliatelle with Angus veal tenderloin will delight you. This tender meat, originating from northern Scotland, is highly prized worldwide. At My Way, we serve it with pasta and a creamy truffle sauce with hints of green pepper.
